Women’s Wisdom Yoga
Each class Incorporates kundalini yoga; Shakti energy feminine power; Vinyasa, and; Yin (melt) yoga.
Class ends with medication which may be accompanied by music and a closing song.
Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan is the Yoga of awareness. The Kundalini purpose is to reach spiritual enlightenment, in the means of an all inclusive practice, which works on the entire system and incorporates physical and breathing exercises, chanting, meditation and deep relaxation to create a complete body, mind, spirit experience.
Shakti is the feminine empowerment and is the concept of divine feminine creative power. Shakti most actively manifests through female embodiment and creativity/fertility.
Vinyasa is a modern style of gymnastic exercises and stretching practiced in combination with yoga breathing and ancient yoga philosophy, refers to a transition between two different positions.
Yin (melt ) yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with asanas (poses) that are held for longer periods of time, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.
Prenatal class Yoga
Pregnancy and child birth preparation to stay fit and healthy and connect with your baby in the womb throughout your pregnancy, inducing a conscious pregnancy.
This class is aimed to empower you during your pregnancy and prepare your mind, body and soul for the birth of your baby. Gently guidance through pranayam (life force) breathing techniques and asanas (poses) to improve strength and flexibility, bring relief to the discomforts in pregnancy, and provide community and support during this special time and after. The focus is on opening and prepping the hips for birth, increasing strength and flexibility in the legs, back & arms, opening the heart and creating space in the body for the growing baby. It is recommended to start after 13 weeks - check with your doctor throughout your pregnancy.
Toddlers yoga
Performed at the kindergarden location.
Children's Yoga is a fun and effective way to teach kids to exercise and explore fun activities through learning fun yogini postures and breathing techniques which help them develop concentration.

Performed either at studio or in another independent location.

Private sessions make a wonderful gift for a friend or loved ones who would like to try yoga, but are shy to start in a group due to lack of experience, as the sessions cover yoga fundamentals which help build confidence.
